** Stock hits biggest intraday pct loss since Dec 15, 2020

** Infrastructure co says majority stakeholder Brookfield Infrastructure Partners' BIP.N unit will sell 23.2% of the total 49% stake, without disclosing details

** Price of the stake sale and whether it was on discount or premium could not be determined

     ** Trading volume at about 4.6 mln shares, busiest session since May 2024

** Stock up nearly 6.5% YTD
